Q: How do I know my nail sizes?
A: Please take a look at the Sizing page.
Q: How do I send my nail sizes if I choose Custom Sizes for my set?
A: Once you've chosen the set you want, proceed to enter your information for shipping, etc. Scroll down and you'll see a section that says Notes/Instructions - put your measurements like this: Thumb = 17mm, Index/Pointer = 15mm, etc. After you checkout and I get the order I'll see it.
Q: Can I cancel or return my order?
A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. I dont accept returns because of the nature of the product.
Q: Can I refund my order?
A: All sales are final unless the nails arrive damaged. If so, please send an email to [email protected] with a picture and your order number.
Q: How many nails come in each set?
A: You get 10 nails in the design/size/shape/length you choose.
Q: How long will it take to ship my nails?
A: If you ordered a ready to ship set, which are nails that are premade in a standard size, they will be shipped the same day you order them. If you ordered a made to order set, which are nails that are made after I get the order, estimated processing times are 1-3 days.
Q: Are the nails reusable?
A: Yes. If you're wearing them with nail sticky tabs, they will be easier to reuse.
If you're wearing them with glue, you can search up ways to remove them and find the right method for you.
Q: Do you make custom sets?
A: Yes. Please find me on Instagram at @wellpressed_ , DM me your inspiration picture and we'll discuss details.
Q: Can I pick up my nails?
A: Yes. If you live in the Toronto area(not including the GTA) you can choose the Customer Pick Up option and leave your number when ordering and I will contact you to arrange the pick up. If you live in the Downtown Toronto area, choose the Customer Drop Off option and I can have the nails dropped off to your address for a $5 fee.
